If you are registering for more than one person, please register each person separately.

Once you have registered and have received your "Order Confirmation" email with "Your Receipt" do not forget to make payment as detailed below.

Once the registration has been processed, you can still make changes to your personal information but you will not be able to change your tickets yourself. If you want to make updates to your tickets, please email acnh2012.register@gmail.com.

Please make sure you complete all required fields, indicated by an asterix (*). Please also pay attention to what each of the fields is asking e.g. Home Hash means where you hash now or where you used to hash, otherwise enter "Virgin Hasher". Hash Name means your Hash nickname, if you have one, otherwise enter "No Hash Name".

Note: We are getting registrations that include a telephone # in the Emergency Contact Name field, sometimes the same telephone # as the registrant. Please note that if we do not have an Emergency Contact Name it will make it difficult to inform someone in the case of an emergency.

How Will I Know I’m Confirmed?

Successful registrants will be sent a confirmation email to the email address used in the registration and will appear in the "Who's Coming" section of the ACNH 2012 website (see link below).

Cost includes: Official Nash Hash Haberdash; 3 runs (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); 3 circles (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); 2 bashes (Saturday & Sunday); transportation to & from run & bash sites.

Note: Any profit from the event will be donated to Santa Hash 2012. This is an annual hash that is held by the combined hash kennels of Hong Kong and runs in early December, raising money for Operation Santa Claus as organised by the SCMP and RTHK Radio 3. After you have made your payment please send an email to acnh2012.register@gmail.com with a copy of your payment receipt so that we can cross-reference your payment and your registration.

Please put "ACNH - payment for Order #2864067503-********" in the subject line, changing ******** to your Order #.

If you have made payment for multiple registrations or are notifying us of multiple payments for a group of registrations, please list only your "Order #" in the email subject line and then clearly list all the registered "Order #" that you have paid or are notifying us of in the body of the email.

The above will help us know who's payment is who's before we get a detailed statement. If you do not do the above it may take us some time to confirm your payment. Remember, the sooner we can cross reference the sooner we can confirm you.

Please understand that we can't update and confirm instantaneously, give our volunteers a few days before you starting emailing.

Note: If for any reason you are unable to remit HKD please send foreign bank transfers in USD, Euro, or GBP for the equivalent HKD amount.  All exchange rates, bank transfer fees and forex fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Hash Trails

There will be a mix of hash sites as well as short and long trails each day to cater for different abilities. Short trails will likely to be around 6km, while Long trails will likely be around 10km. In addition there will be a Ballbuster trail on the Saturday that will likely be around 15km (or longer).

Bike Hash

This will take place on the Sunday in order to offer something a little different. For those that indicate a preference to join the 'Bike Hash' on Sunday we will contact you separately regarding arrangements for bikes. Assuming that most will look to hire a bike rather than bring their own and given the logistics of moving bikes around the number of participants for the bike hash will be limited.

General

Registration does not mean you get a goody bag. Only prepayment by 30 June 2012 will guarantee that. Otherwise availability of some items and sizes of shirts are subject to luck.  Your food and trail choices could also be affected by late payment.

This site only contains information on REGISTRATION. To check if your payment has been received and that you have been confirmed please check the "Who's Coming" section of the website.
